• Establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with ISO 22301:2019 requirements.
• Identifying potential risks, impacts, and disruption scenarios that may affect its operations.
• Establishing plans, procedures, and capabilities that enable the timely and effective recovery of critical activities.
• Ensuring that employees, partners, and relevant stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities within the BCMS.
• Providing the necessary resources to support the implementation and improvement of the BCMS.
• Complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and other requirements related to business continuity.
• Promoting a culture of organizational resilience and continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.
